Our workshop have two assembly lines , every worker always with strict work attitude make products to ensure the high quality of the birth of every product.
The production assemble process as follows :
1. Pre-work ( inspect components , PCB inspection etc )
2. Plug-in components, Welding , testing PCB again
3. Assemble components ( fan ,case, wires etc )
4. Testing finishing products , such as volatage, electric current function testing etc
5. Loading testing for several hours
6. Package
